Our newest item that we will be bringing out to this weeks markets is our "Hickory Smoked Jalapeno Peppers". The flavours are amazing and will make a great topper on everything that you want to add a bit of heat. Why not try making the following for this weekends dinner:
Smoked Jalapeno Guacomole Dip
2 Large Avocadoes...
1TSP Hickory Smoked Pepper
1 Pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt
1 TSP Hickory Smoked Garlic
1 Pinch Hickory Smoked Jalapeno
2 Small Tomatoes
Mash up the Avocadoes and Dice the Tomatoes. Mix all ingredients together and serve with your favourite Mexican Dishes or why not try it on a Turkey Guacomole Sandwich.

Well the markets have plenty of bounty and I could not have been more excited when I was at the UBC Farmer's Market today and saw that they had "Padron Peppers" otherwise known as the "Spanish Roulette Pepper". The thing about these peppers is that you just never know when you will get a nice hot one.
